This week went well. I’m thinking about moving weigh-in Wednesdays to Sundays. Sunday’s when I do all of my weekly planning, and despite any weekend damage, it’s a huge stinkin’ hassle to try and coordinate Wednesday Weigh-ins and weekly goals.
Secretly, I’m just lazy.

Weekly loss: 2
Net loss: 16
Not bad, if I do say so myself. This is really the first week since I’ve started that I’ve tracked every day. I had an on-plan splurge day, and that was awesome.
